Junior Business Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Developer to join our team.


  • Research and identify potential clients, market segments, and target industries to generate new business leads.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote our products/services.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, progress, and results, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting competitor analysis to understand their offerings and develop strategies to differentiate our products/services.


  • Must Have 1 year of Experience in Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven interest in sales, business development, or marketing, demonstrated through internships, coursework, or relevant projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey product/service value propositions.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
