Junior Business Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, market segments, and target industries to generate new business leads.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote our products/services.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, progress, and results, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in conducting competitor analysis to understand their offerings and develop strategies to differentiate our products/services.
Requirements:
- Must Have 1 year of Experience in Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven interest in sales, business development, or marketing, demonstrated through internships, coursework, or relevant projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey product/service value propositions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
