Business Developer Executive

Job Overview:
Sapphire Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project management, etc.) to align sales strategies
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
