Business Developer Executive


Job Overview:
Sapphire Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project management, etc.) to align sales strategies
- Attend networking events and industry conferences (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
